Great relaxing hotel.

Most of the staff were lovely but some of the reception staff are rude & ignorant! Overall enjoyed our stay but due to flight cancellations it wasn't as peaceful as we had liked

The property was in a good location and very modern however the room we were given the air con wasn’t working so we had to insist on moving rooms when they didn’t appear to fix it overnight

Location of the hotel was good, by the river and walking distance to town.
Food was average, had to queue for at least 10 mins for omelettes in the morning which was not ideal.
Worst part is management- the hotel is run…
