-This is a self-service accommodations- there are no staff on site, however, your hosts will be reachable via phone or email should you have any questions during your stay. -Accessing the suites requires descending 50 steps, therefore our property may not be suitable for individuals with mobility restrictions or those who have difficulty navigating stairs. -Please note that we are unable to allow private coaches or vehicles capable of carrying more than 12 passengers to pick up, drop off, or park on our premises. This is strictly enforced by council and if violated will result in the termination of your stay. -The spa is not exclusive to your suite. There are two spa pools shared among the four suites. They are first come, first served and can be used at any time. We find they are rarely in use at the same time, so you should be able to spa anytime you like.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
