The room was dirty, smelt and was noisy. Reception was ok; bar staff average; food poor. The breakfast croissant was very stale. The banana was ok.

Please note that there is a charge of GBP 15 per night for pts. They are allowed in the bar and on the terrace but not in the restaurant while meals are being served. Due to the current situation, the property is unable to offer breakfast and the pool is currently closed. Bar meals are offered from Thursdays to Saturdays inclusive. Full English Breakfasts offered on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Continental breakfast from Monday to Fridays inclusive pre-booked when you checked in. " the celebrity friends" such as Roger Daltrey. A couple of doors from the hotel Ronnie Barker personally ran his own shop. A deposit may be required at the property.
