Fabulous location with a beautiful pool and garden yet close to the Shakespeare Festival. The breakfasts were superb as were the cookies and tea left out in the afternoon.

Loved the farm house and the beautiful garden. Appreciated the lemonade and cookies. Only complaint was the bed in our room was soft with obvious depressions.

What a fantastic find. The location is little tucked away from downtown Ashland, but an easy five minute drive
