ANNA昼間に受付にいるスタッフは良い方でした。
ホテルにエレベーターがないのですが、2階まで運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。
ただし、トラブルがありました。
チェックアウトの前日に、
『明日は朝の5時30分にチェックアウトをしたいが、問題ないか？』
と確認しましたが、
『24時間受付に人がいるので、心配ない。いつでもチェックアウトできるし、スタッフがドアを開けるから』
と言われていまし…
