En plein centre de Cholet et à 20 mn du Puy du Fou. Parking public à proximité. Logement neuf, calme, bien équipé, et très propre, à côté d'une superette. Il manquait juste un sac poubelle. Sinon, tout était parfait.

Le très petit studio ne correspond au photos , les photos montrent de l’espace important entre le lit et la table , le lit avec l’espace cuisine ! Seulement 90 cm …. Dommage car le prix ne corresponds pas au logement
