Nice beds, close to the sea.
We had been pre-warned by some of the reviews that cleanliness and it still wasn’t good however expected it to be better than what it actually was for the price feel like asking for refund…

Excellent location- right by town short walk to beach, 15mins to harbour..
Opposite common - great to walk or sit with a drink and watch the sunset.
Parking space - would be difficult to park otherwise.

Brilliant location for exploring Southwold, easy to collect keys, kitchen was well stocked in terms of utensils/ crockery etc
parking was tight as other 2 cottages had poorly parked leaving less than the allocated space…
