If guests' arrival time is after 17:00 or during public holidays, they are required to inform Sun & Snow at least 24 hours in advance at the phone number given in the booking confirmation. The office is located at Przyjaźni 7 Street and is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:00. Please note that the property does not allow to park cars with a gas installation. We inform you that the balconies in the property are undergoing renovation. The planned completion date is June 30th.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
