In general it was okay except for the issues mentioned above
The shower was a huge problem, it was effectively trickling water; the owner couldn’t do anything to help. Soundproofing wasn’t fantastic; noise from room upstairs could be heard quite clearly. The handrail at the steps…

The unit was clean and in good condition, bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. Host was very responsive when contacted.

location is good, the owner is very friendly and helpful, newly renovated, appliances are quite new
only disadvantage is what u get of a basement 😎 and need a little bit of coordination when u hv more than 1 car parked…
