Indubbiamente il punto forte è la posizione.
A pochi metri dal mare proprio come lo cercavo e comunque comodo per raggiungere il centro con una piacevole passeggiata di 10 minuti.

Nummer 13 (12 Bis) Klimaanlage ist falsch montiert, blast sehr heisse Luft auf den Sitzplatz, so dass man nicht gleichzeitig draussen, essen kann und die Schlafräume vor kühlen.
