The garden is surely a plus (but is overlooking a heavy-traffic street). Rooms are of reasonable side and can easily accommodate a family of four.

The apartment was well designed , with all the little extras. Two bathrooms were very welcome.
The layout of the inside of the apartment was practical and the little garden was most attractive.

Location, privacy, nearness to the beaches and shopping. Ability to park close to apartment.
No dryer for clothes after washing but not a huge inconvenience. Used provided indoor/outdoor line dryer.
