民宿乾淨整潔，而且很新穎; 內裡有電梯，不用拿著行李行樓梯。民宿對着太平洋，房內有小型浸浴池。
民宿大叔很好，事前會用line跟我溝通，回覆很快。早餐亦由他準備，好吃的肉鬆三文治及飲品。
民宿旁邊就是便利店，購買零食很方便。唯獨附近沒有太多食肆，如果要吃晚餐的話，附近有一兩間需預先預訂，否則的話要乘大約10- 15分鐘的士到花蓮車站附近吃。
民宿旁就是七星潭，行去海邊看風景及附近的景點亦非常近及方便。
總括而言，是一間非常高品質的民宿!

今回はオーシャンビューの部屋を1人で利用しました。
部屋からの眺めは良く、七星潭も近く、部屋も広々していたので、大変よかったです。
マスターの人柄にも助けられ、花莲车站まで送っていただきました。ありがとうございます。
ただし、チェックイン時にはマスターへ到着の連絡が必須、花莲市街に出る際はタクシーの手配が必須です。

整體裝潢很工業設計，地點緊鄰七星潭，看日出很方便，唯一美中不足的就是冷氣了！
冷氣出風方式無法調整，整晚吹著頭，蠻不舒服的！
