Das zugewiesene Zimmer war unakzeptabel, es wurde jedoch vom Personal unkompliziert nach Ersatz gesucht

O quarto estava como nas fotos. Achei a cama e cobertores confortáveis.
A localização é ótima , poucos minutos da estação de trem e do centro histórico há uns 15 min andando .

An dem Hotel hat einzig die Lage gefallen. Zimmer, insb. Sauberkeit, und das unfreundliche und wenig hilfreiche Personal waren leider katastrophal.
Wir hatten das Cocoon Stachus für zwei Nächte vom 11. bis 13. September…
