AiJapan清掃不足。ベッドの下、洗濯機、冷蔵庫周囲はホコリだらけ。キッチンの排水口、浴室はカビまみれ。サッシにもホコリあり。2泊の予定で、1泊目に連絡したら、翌日清掃に入ってくれました。しかし、すっかりキレイに！とはなっておらず、最後までホコリやカビが気になりました。健康被害はありませんでしたが、数年前の口コミも清掃不足が指摘されているのに、改善みられないので、次の利用はありません。

玄関先の鍵の電池切れの為、入室に時間が掛かった。
浴槽の大きさが写真と異なった。
エアコンの風向きが横移動が無い為に隣の部屋が暑い。
ベッドのしたの埃が酷い。

Check in process was not good. Email sent to get inside is not clear . could not check in some other tenents came right time to help us.

チェックアウトの時、タブレットが初期化されており手続き出来なかった。子供達が電源をあたったかもしれないので、手続き出来なかったこと申し訳なく思う。

booking 上給的入住地址完全錯誤，是隔壁一條街鐵路旁的棟舊公寓，Google map上找的也是不對的，是剛好在附近找看到門口那個超不明顯的logo才找到
1.冷氣完全不冷，自行打開濾網裡面完全沒清理過，如附圖
清理後才稍微有涼的感覺
2.洗衣機也是完全沒清理，先洗了一次衣服發現整個衣服都發黴的味道，裡面的的濾網整個都是發霉的，還特地跑一…
