It was in need of a deep clean - cobwebs on the walls, dirty grout in the shower room, shower did not drain well, and damaged flooring in the kitchenette

Shame that it’s a basement but this is not obvious until very last minute when you are given checking descriptions.

Good space, facilities and nice neighbourhood.
When I stayed here in November 2025, it was clean. Now in February 2026, the floors were not adequately vacuumed, so that was not very pleasant.
