Reservation should be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Guests can also prepay the reservation before arrival, free of charge. Non refundable rates require payment within 48 hours after confirmation. The hotel will send you a secured pay link within 24 hours to complete the payment. Check-in and check-out is done at the self-service terminal. We do not allow animals, only service animals are allowed. Guests need to inform about the service animal before arrival. citizenM Rotterdam has 13 parking spots available for our guests. The rate is 19.50 EUR per hotel night (from 2.00 PM on your arrival date until 11.00 AM the next day). These parking spots cannot be pre-booked in advance due to restrictions. Please ask the hotel ambassador upon arrival if any parking spots are available. When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
