Rooms need a freshen up, in the shower the water was running out and nearly went out the door. The bather rooms need a really good update

When we entered our first room, there was a stain on the floor where the door was and a funny smell. Tried to put up with it & put the aircon on, but after 10 minutes, we had to ask if we could change rooms.
