3台のエレベーターが下の階のパルコと共用のため、全くスムーズに行かない。1時間のアーリーチェックで1泊料金の30%をとられた。こんなホテルは経験ない。

スタッフが良かったことと、PARCOの上で立地が良かったこと。
景色があまり良くなかったことと、ハンガーが少しベタついていたこと。
SAWADAJapanロケーションも素晴らしいですし、室内は清潔で大変、快適でした。ショッピングも便利です。何せ、下の階がパルコですから。チェックアウトが１１時なので、ついでに買い物を楽しんで帰れます。スタッフの方々は上品で丁寧なご対応です。日常生活で、どんなに嫌な事があったとしてもホテルに入った瞬間に、気分が上がります。
更に、ルームに入れば最高に癒されます。
