Arrived to find we couldn't get access. Company told us pick the keys up from a town, Balveno 5-6 miles away. We said this was impossible as we had no transport. They dropped off but we are sure they would not have done…

Should I forgive "the Loft" for everything?
Location guarantees beautiful view of the lake, islands and the surrounding area, peace and quiet.
