Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful.

We booked the hotel and learnt later that the check in did not start till 5 pm and check out is before 10 am. When we got there and called the person at service desk--we were told that he could not be at the hotel before…
TerryBeautiful location and great staff
Beautiful location and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negatives were it was a little warm in our room ( no a/c and no fan) and the internet connection was inconsistent.
