Hotel room- big and comfortable but aircon is old and a bit tricky to manage the temp

It was a great stay - I travelled with my mom and auntie (they are senior) and they enjoyed their stay. The room was not extravagant but it was comfortable. I wish there were more activities to do in the hotel itself…

A/C unit leaking, water damage to ceiling, toilet leaking which caused bathroom floor to be wet all the time, bathroom window broken tied closed with a wire and couldn't lock window because it was broken
