Chata bola v tichej ulici. Disponovala peknym pozemkom kde sa deti mohli bezpecne pohybovat a hrat. V dome boli 3 spalne a 2 kupelne. Spolocna oddychova miestnost spojena s jedalnou a kuchynou.
