Lage ist sehr gut. Wohnung war nur mässig sauber und es gab Mängel: Schimmelbildung an den Fenstern, Gummidichtungen an den Fenstern lose, ungepflegter Staubsauger, Küchenschubladen schmutzig, evtl müssten neue Matratzen…
