We came the day before our reservation and they gave us other room, because the room we booked wasn't ready. That first room was dirty, there were no bathroom towels, no toilet…

There wasn't any entertainement at the hotel but maybe because it was February.
There wasn't the hairdryer, but I told it to the host.
The cleaness was not like I expeted it.
