Szuper helyen van. Könnyű a bejutás. Tiszta a szoba és a konyha rész.
Valami pakoló felület még jól jönne. Tudom, nem nagyon fér el, de igazából csak ez az, ami picit hiányzott.

A tulajdonos elérhető, a kommunikáció jó, emiatt minden egyszerű volt. A parkolással kapcsolatban volt egy félreértés (ami előfordul ), a tulajdonos minden kérdés nélkül átvállalta a parkolási bírságot.
