Place is dated. Ripped wall paper, stained carpet, sofa terrible to sit on.

I didn't like that when we arrived it was cold, for August. The beds weren't very comfortable

Great location and a friendly, helpful man on reception. The en suite shower room and toilet was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
