このロケーションでこの価格帯はお得ではないかと思います。一方で写真のように綺麗ではなく、古いのである意味妥当かなと思いました。不衛生ではありませんが、床のカーペットなどは経年使用のシミが結構ついています。シーツやタオルなどは清潔でした。道がわかりにくかったですが、家主さんともすぐに連絡がつき助かりました。

JamieOutstanding location and an apartment with massive potential. Let down by grubby carpets and many light bulbs out. A liitle TLC would vastly improve an already good apartment.
Normaapartment was spotless however it was a bit worn with marks on the carpets wasn't aware of all the stairs especially from the living room to the bedrooms and to use the loo definitely not suitable for anyone with anytype…
