Die versprochene Schallisolierung war schlichtweg nicht vorhanden. Selbst mit Ohrenstöpseln war der Straßenverkehr deutlich zu hören. Und wenn ein LKW vorbeifuhr, zitterte das ganze Gebäude. Und dann der Alibiparkplatz.…
