New apartment, but they don't have a coat rack, glass, spoon, knife, fork, or plate. I've never seen anything like this in a rental property.

Heads up
It is a” smart property”, my only complaint really is there wasn’t a real coffee cup, or a real knife and fork or a serviette or a towel to wipe the table off.
The Wi-Fi was spotty, but that didn’t really affect me.
