Internally the house has access to a patio, kitchen after 10:00 am, living room, dining room, fireplace, balconies; Outside, it has a shared BBQ area and the shared pergola area. 4. The person who will serve breakfast and who will look after the guests of the house is housed on the first floor. This room is not part of the occupation of the house. You will be in permanent contact for any questions or requests, in the same way through cell phone and WA the Customer Service people will be availablePlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
