Les nuisances sonores sont importantes (route passante à côté et peu/pas d'insonorisation avec les voisins).

Me ha gustado la ubicación, lo pequeño y acogedor que es el apartamento.
El único problema es el ruido de la carretera sobre todo por las noches, pero es un ruido soportable.
