Room smelled of smoke. Showers were cold despite the staff ensuring they would be warm. Overall hard to get a hold of someone at reception, there was never anyone there.

The place and the staff were nice.
The dogs are quite noisy in the morning.
I didn't see anyone ever walked them. They were kept in a dark room all the time. That's why the dogs are quite stressed and keep on barking.
