la casa no está en buen estado, sobre todo el baño. Está en un barrio de la periferia, por lo que si no dispones de vehículo estás perdido

Es acogedora, el salón comedor amplio y con TV grande, la ubicación bastante céntrica y no es difícil encontrar aparcamiento por la zona.
