המיקום מושלם, קרוב לחוף מאד יפה, אווירה נעימה ברחוב בית חמוד. יש מקלחת בגינה אז מאד נוח כשחוזרים מהים. החברה שמטפלת בנכס מאד מאד שירותית וטובה כל הזמן בדקו אם צריך משהו, הביאו מאוורר… מאד נחמדים
