La posizione, l'appartamento è vicino al centro e al lungomare.
Arredamento molto economy. Manca anche la lavastoviglie. Sedute dei water da sistemare. Con il boiler fare la doccia calda in 4 non sempre riesce.

Posizione centrale rispetto al paese, a due passi dalla piazzetta e dal lungomare.
Non c'è un parcheggio privato quindi la macchina si lascia lungo le vie limitrofe.
