Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€. - Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost. - A deposit pre-authorization up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out. - A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in. - We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us.
