You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels have a surcharge of EUR 5 and bed linen have a surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per stay. The keys must be collected at the reception, Gran via de Pau casals 225, ROSES, 17480 between 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. On the day of check-out, the keys must be returned to the same address no later than 10:00 am.
