Great location, friendly host, easy self check in/check out and ideal for us two.
There is long term building works directly opposite which could be noisy but these things happen in a city centre

Good communication with Fabiana to get the keys from door box code. Spacious apartment with small balcony.
Vey clean and comfortable apartment. Good sized bathroom with nice shower and washing machine.
