1. 使用密碼郵箱領取鑰匙，雖然鑰匙只有一把，但只要放在郵箱中保管即可！即使同住者的行程不同，也不用擔心提早回來卻沒有鑰匙開門的狀況！很方便～
2. 房東人超級好且很積極的回答我們的問題，因帶了一個一歲半的孩子，希望可以在入住時間前寄放行李，房東也馬上回覆沒問題，且住宿整體對小小孩非常有友善，還很貼心的準備小孩的餐椅供使用。
3. 房間大小適中，有一間為鋪床房間，非常適合小孩睡，完全不用擔心小孩會掉下床。

Tai-ChunTW位置佳，離三之宮車站走路約5-10分鐘，沿途有許多餐廳、便利商店及超市，生活機能相當棒!!!在這裡住四晚，晚上非常安靜，睡得非常好~~
房子內部乾淨，設備齊全，除了客廳小了點外，其他都非常良好。有任何問題房東也很迅速地協助處理。非常推薦給家庭有帶長輩或小孩的家庭
