Die Aufteilung der Wohnung, der Platz im Garten auch als Treffpunkt mit den anderen Mietern im Haus. Wir hatten Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin, es war nicht so anonym. Für unseer Vorhaben war die Lage perfekt.
