O local é inadequado para o verão, muito calor. Local muito quente sem arejamento. O banheiro improvisado faltando partes no box. A casa tinha insetos, encontramos várias baratas.

O banheiro da casa é um pouco precário, com box quebrado, fazendo com que molhe tudo do lado de fora.
