1. Flat was change as for upgrade as for was worse.
2. Cleaning was not proper
3. During night, the door was checked from outside.
4. Noisy neighbors.

The apartment is well located for the Principe station and access to the leisure dock area.
The area is a little downbeat but generally we felt safe.
