water all over the room. toilet was clogged. the front door locks me out 2 times with my child. i was feeling very unsafe. the sink broke down. i will love a refund but they don't care.

When i arrived the lock box would not open after 45 minutes of trying finally gave up by the time i recieved a ring from the owner of property i was told cleaning lady had opened it i asked for a pic with the lockbox…
