Very nice location, sharing the inner yard with the best restaurant in town. Spacious and cozy.
Could use some coffee, but the restaurant opens at 8am, so you're covered.

I personally don't like staying in the same building/ yard court with the hosts though are 2 different apartments. We could hear them talking outside our window and we did not like that.
