No aircon, room got quite hot at night (but maybe often its not this hot in austria), maybe add a optional fan to the room.

Definitely my first choice for a holiday apartment in Fuschl am See
A comfortable apartment with all amenities one could wish for, exceptionally helpful and friendly hosts, clean rooms and a nice location with a bike path leading directly to Fuschl am See via a tunnel.
