JuliannaWas very disappointed in the dishonesty of this hotel. Charging over and above what i paid to Expedia for the room, and without providing a receipt.
Not acceptable.
MitchellStaff was friendly. Window did not open. Carpet had been cleaned since last occupancy and the smell was overpowering. Carpet was not completely dry. Good thing we only needed to stay one night.
