No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. All guests that will be staying in rooms during the stated reservation period must be named and original government-issued IDs must be presented at the time of check in. There is no parking available at Caribic House. Check-in is 3 pm to 9 pm, check-out is before 11 am, Authorized early check in and late check out costs $15 per hour. Non authorized late check out is $150usd. To protect our environment and keep our prices low property only offers room cleaning every 3 nights after date of arrival. Strictly no smoking of any kind in the room however you are more than welcome to smoke outside on the Balcony (420 friendly). Please do not try to alter anything in the apartment, if there are any issues that need attention please contact us immediately. Daily cleaning and breakfast are not included. Additional cleaning is $20.00. Extra towels cost an additional $5usd each. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
