Not very modern as fare as outlets etc
And the wifi was not usable at all. We were unable to download or stream anything and other guests reported the same issue.

Good location
There were a lot of flies in the room. I’m not sure if it was because the first floor is at the dune level or because we were behind the janitor closet.

Parking is an issue for ocean front. Still needs some tlc for the price but overall a nice place.
