距離哥多華火車站走路約8分鐘就可以到老闆非常的熱心，還特地跑來看我們是不是喜歡這個房間，而且還請我們喝了迎賓酒，還介紹了很多哥多華的景點給我們，讓我們可以多去一些秘密景點。性價比非常高，房間大之外，所以設施一應俱全，而且距離Mercadona超市走路3分鐘就到了，補充各種物品便宜又方便。
