あみスタッフの方々の優しさに心温まりました！ホテルは想像以上に洗練されていておしゃれ好きな人や、海外の雰囲気が好きな人はとてもハマると思います。海も星空もお食事や飲み物、全てが素晴らしく最高の小浜島での時間を過ごせました。
またぜひ宿泊させて頂きたいです！

小浜島にある、高級リゾートホテルと民宿の中間クラスのホテルです。コロナ中でもあり、サービス内容は今後変わると思いますが、2022年夏は、フロントのサービス時間は限定的、レストランは朝のみで前日までの予約制。売店はなく、フロントで飲み物やスナックが売られていました。付近には店はないので、ホテルで朝食を食べないなら何か買っておく必要があります。徒歩で5分のビーチは遠浅です。今夏にレ…
Aiスタッフの方々が親切であり気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
外観は、外国のリゾート地みたいで可愛いです。一時期使用されてないこともあったらしく建物内部は、古く寂しい部分もありました。しかし、部屋の中は清掃が行き届いており虫を気にせず過ごせて良かったです。

今回、朝食の事でトラブルになりました。
カフェの人のあり得ない対応に、頭にきましたが、いつも、いるフロントの方が、丁寧に謝罪してくれたので、また7月に泊まろうと思っていました。ところが！その方が、お辞めになったと聞いて、今愕然としています。
